ONYX AUTOMOTIVE CONCIERGE SERVICE PROGRAM

ONYX Automotive is proud to present our Concierge Service Program. We understand your time is valuable and it can be very difficult to find time to service your vehicle. You now have the option of having your vehicle picked up and/or delivered for your next service. Based on availability, we also provide you with a loaner vehicle for the duration of your service.

We are excited to offer this elevated level of service to our ONYX Automotive customers throughout the Omaha area. VEHICLE PICK-UP & DELIVERY

In order to provide you with the best possible experience, we do ask that if you choose to use the concierge program that you understand the following:

  • ONYX Automotive will pick-up and deliver your vehicle at no cost to you. If you live outside a 100-mile radius please call for availability.
  • Because pick-up and delivery do require some scheduling we do ask that you call and make your appointment at least 4-7 days in advance.
  • Please let us know if you will be needing a loaner vehicle when scheduling your appointment. *Due to the popularity of the program you may need to schedule your appointment more than 7 days in advance to ensure loaner car availability.

    • LOANER VEHICLE

    If you have a loaner vehicle scheduled, please be prepared with the following documents to ensure and speedy check-out. Please have these items ready for the drivers when they arrive.

  • We need a photocopy of your driver’s license, insurance card, and any major credit card.
  • The names on the driver’s license, insurance card, and credit card must match.
  • The vehicle state registration must be valid. Signatures agreeing to the loaner terms and conditions must be obtained prior to receiving your loaner vehicle
